Shipping Policy

1. Order confirmation & processing

  • We email an order confirmation after checkout. If you don’t see it within 48 hours, please check spam.
  • Processing time: typically 1–2 business days after payment is approved (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Address changes can be made before shipment. Once dispatched, changes are no longer guaranteed.

2. Markets we serve

  • We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore.
  • No shipping to the United States at this time.
  • Locale paths we use: /en-uk/, /en-eu/, /en-ca/, /en-au/, /en-nz/; Singapore operates on the primary domain.

Europe market coverage (text-only): Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden.

3. Fulfilment locations

  • We operate with a mix of local warehouses (UK/EU/CA/AU/NZ) and, when local stock is unavailable, we may ship from our Asia fulfilment (China).
  • When a cross-region dispatch is needed, we’ll notify you and provide an updated delivery estimate.

4. Shipping options & costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (where available). Cost and availability are shown at checkout by destination.
  • Expedited/Express: offered in selected regions; pricing is shown at checkout.
  • Any fuel surcharges or remote-area fees (if applicable) are shown transparently at checkout.

5. Estimated delivery times (transit only)

Transit estimates exclude our 1–2 business day processing window. Actual times may vary due to customs, carrier capacity and peak seasons.

  • United Kingdom: ~ 4–12 business days
  • Canada: ~ 4–12 business days
  • Europe: ~ 4–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: ~ 4–12 business days
  • Singapore: ~ 4–12 business days

6. Carriers

  • We partner with reputable carriers including: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Australia Post, Evri, EMS, YunExpress, THT, Wanb (availability varies by region).

7. Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Tracking events may take 24–48 hours to appear. For last-mile updates, your local postal service may take over.

8. Customs, duties & taxes

  • International shipments may incur import duties, VAT/GST or local taxes as determined by your country’s customs authority.
  • These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout unless explicitly stated.

9. Delivery terms

  • Address accuracy: please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. Parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Orders showing “Delivered” but not received: contact us promptly. We will open a carrier investigation (GPS/driver notes where available) and assist you. For some high-value orders we may require signature on delivery.
  • Damaged or missing items: please report within 3 business days with photos of the package and contents; we’ll resolve quickly.
  • Split shipments: multi-item orders may ship separately; you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

10. Delays & force majeure

  • Delays can occur due to customs, weather, peak season volume or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

11. Returns related to shipping

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay duties, we can reship at your expense or issue a refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • For change-of-mind returns, please follow the process in our Return & Refund Policy.
