Return and Refund Policy

At FluffyPuppy Pet Store, we strive to provide high-quality pet products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns and Replacements

We accept returns or replacements within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ The item must include all original accessories and components.
✅ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Orders returned to the manufacturer instead of our return address.
  • Items with missing parts or damages not caused by our error.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. Chargeback and Fraud Prevention Policy

FluffyPuppy Pet Store takes fraud prevention seriously. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates our store policies and will result in the following:
🚫 Chargebacks are disputed with proof of delivery, tracking, and customer communication records.
🚫 Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.
🚫 Orders flagged as high risk may be canceled or require additional verification before processing.

📦 No Refunds for Delivered Orders

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
✅ Customers must provide photo or video proof of any defects within 48 hours of delivery.

✍️ Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

For orders exceeding $100, we require signature confirmation upon delivery. If a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier and a signature is recorded, the order is not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7 business days. Processing time may vary based on your bank’s policies.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 5-7 business days.

⚠️ If the refund is delayed, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your card issuer or PayPal.
  3. Contact us at support@fluffypuppypetstore.com if the issue persists.

4. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the product must be returned under our Return Policy for a refund (excluding shipping costs).


5. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
🚫 Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
🚫 Delivery delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
🚫 Packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier but claimed as undelivered.
