2. Scope & acceptance
- By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown as “Last updated” applies to your use and orders placed after that date.
3. Territories we serve
- We currently sell and ship to: United Kingdom, European markets (via /en-eu/), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore.
- No sales or shipping to the United States at this time.
- Locale paths we use:
/en-uk/,/en-eu/,/en-ca/,/en-au/,/en-nz/; Singapore operates on the primary domain.
4. Products, pricing & availability
- Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor colour/appearance variations can occur across devices.
- Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. Errors may be corrected even after an order is submitted.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order where fraud risk or misuse is suspected.
5. Orders & contract formation
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send the shipment confirmation.
- We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if: inventory is unavailable; payment cannot be authorised; fraud checks fail; shipping destination is unsupported.
- For changes/cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours. If processing/shipping has started, you can still return per our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Payments
- We accept card payments and other methods offered at checkout. Card data is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
- No subscription billing: we do not create recurring subscription charges. If you choose any third-party instalment/financing at checkout, those scheduled payments are handled by that provider under their terms.
- Orders flagged as high-risk may require additional verification or be cancelled and refunded.
7. Shipping & delivery
- Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. Transit estimates vary by region (usually 4–12 business days).
- We ship from a mix of local warehouses and, for some items, from our Asian fulfilment partner when local stock is unavailable.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays and peak seasons.
- For high-value orders, we may use signature on delivery.

8. Returns, cancellations & refunds
- UK/EU 14-day cooling-off (statutory): cancel within 14 days of delivery; we refund the item price and standard outbound shipping (enhanced/express beyond standard is not refunded). You pay return postage for change-of-mind unless faulty/wrong item.
- Store window: we accept returns/exchanges within 30 days for most items if unused and in original packaging.
- Faulty/incorrect: we repair/replace or refund; we cover reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid label.
- Refund timing: once we receive the goods or acceptable proof of posting, we process refunds within 5–10 business days (in any case no later than 14 days after receipt or evidence of return).

9. Chargebacks & disputes
- If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly.
- We dispute fraudulent chargebacks using delivery and communication records. Nothing in these Terms restricts your lawful consumer rights.
10. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful activity on the Site.
- No attempts to probe, scan or test vulnerabilities, or to disrupt the Site.
- No misuse of coupons, promotions, reviews or customer-to-customer features.
11. Intellectual property
- All content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce or exploit Site content without our written permission.
12. Third-party services & links
- We may provide access to third-party tools or links. Their use is at your discretion, under their terms and privacy practices.
13. Privacy & cookies
- Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
- In the UK/EU, non-essential cookies (analytics/ads) are used only with your consent. Manage choices via our cookie banner or settings.
14. Warranties & liability
- We provide the Site and products as described and in accordance with applicable consumer law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
- Subject to the foregoing, we will not be liable for losses not caused by our breach or that were not reasonably foreseeable.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU/UK may also bring claims in their local courts as required by mandatory law.
